Sunita Nhemaphuki is a member of the Agriculture Sector Skill Committee (SSC). Nhemaphuki, with a decade of experience as an agricultural entrepreneur and the founder of R & D Innovative Solution Pvt. Ltd., an agriculture company running flagship programs across the entire agriculture value chain, reflects on the impact of occupational mapping on her work.
 
The Nepal Vocational Qualifications System Project-Phase II (NVQS P-II) is actively supporting the skill development of women in Nepal, facilitating systemic reforms to enhance access to higher-level skills and job opportunities for women. NVQS P-II is a bi-lateral initiative of Government of Nepal and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC. Swisscontact provides technical assistance to the project on behalf of the SDC.
