Mr. Keshab Sharma Ghimire is a TVET expert and institutional reform specialist with over 28 years of experience in vocational education and workforce development. Currently serving as Deputy Director at CTEVT’s National Skill Testing Board, he leads the development of National Occupational and Competency Standards. He has collaborated with major global partners like the ADB, EU, ILO, and SDC on large-scale reforms, successfully certifying over 200,000 youth. Keshab holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University, supplemented by international professional development in TVET management across Europe and Asia.
