Uttam Prasad Gautam is a seasoned business professional with over three decades of experience in the yarn manufacturing industry. Since joining Triveni Group in 1990, he has played a key role in the company’s growth, leveraging his expertise in spinning, yarn weaving, and development. He also serves as the Secretary of the Nepal Yarn Manufacturing Association, a position he has held since 2020, contributing to industry development and advocacy.
Uttam holds a master’s degree in business administration from Tribhuvan University, earned in 1995. His work spans export, skill development, and international market expansion, making him a pivotal figure in advancing Nepal's yarn manufacturing sector.
Sharad Sharada is the General Manager of the Energy Division at Ramesh Corp, bringing over a decade of expertise in the energy and power sector. He has contributed to the development of over 700 MW of hydropower and 100 MW of solar projects, leading efforts in project management, execution, and leadership. His role highlights extensive experience in handling projects at various stages of development.
Previously, Sharad was the Project Lead at Balephi Hydropower Ltd., where he successfully managed the 36 MW Upper Balephi ‘A’ Hydroelectric Project in Sindhupalchowk, Nepal. Earlier in his career, he served as Project Engineer at Rairang Hydropower Development Company Limited, overseeing transmission line construction and hydropower projects. An alumnus of IIT (BHU) Varanasi with degrees in Power Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Sharad is also a member of its Alumni Association. He played a key role in developing the Sector Skill Map for the Energy and Power sub-sector as part of the Manufacturing Sector Skill Committee.
Harkirat Singh Bedi is the Business Head for Nepal and Myanmar at Dabur Nepal Pvt. Ltd., with over 24 years of experience in the FMCG industry, including 21 years with the Dabur Group. He has held key leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and International Business across India, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. Since joining Dabur India in 2001, he has worked extensively in markets such as Eastern India, Bhutan, and Nepal. In 2016, he was appointed Business Head for the SAARC region, managing operations in Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand.
As an Executive Director of Dabur Nepal and a director across Dabur Group subsidiaries, Harkirat has been instrumental in fostering bilateral economic ties between Nepal and India. Anuja Rajbhandari Shrestha is the Co-founder and CEO of Ekadesma, a sustainable lifestyle brand based in Nepal. Since 2011, she has been driving the company’s vision to promote sustainable living through innovative marketing, product development, and cross-departmental collaboration. Anuja has successfully overseen the launch of multiple products and spearheaded comprehensive marketing strategies, establishing Ekadesma as a recognized name in the sustainable business sector.
Before her role at Ekadesma, Anuja served as the Managing Director of Thabahel Craft from 2009 to 2011, where she managed inventory, finance, and market research. Suman Joshi is the Executive Director of White Lotus Power Limited, which is currently in the final stages of constructing a 6.82 MW hydropower project. She is also the Chairperson of Seti Saipal Hydropower Limited, overseeing the development of a 31.5 MW project in the study phase. In addition to these roles, she is actively involved as a developer in several other hydropower projects and serves as an Executive Member of the Independent Power Producers’ Association Nepal (IPPAN).
With nearly 12 years of experience in commercial banking, including heading the energy department and managing project financing for cement, steel, and hydropower industries, Suman transitioned to freelance consulting in international financing and debt. She is a former board member of NCC Bank Limited and is currently focused on project execution and development in the energy sector. Suman holds an MBA from Kathmandu University School of Management and is pursuing an MPhil in Management.

Ram Krishna Parajuli is a seasoned professional in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector with over a decade of experience. He previously held the position of Head of Department at a constituent Polytechnic Institute of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), where he developed his expertise in leadership and management.
Currently, Ram Krishna serves as a Skill Testing Officer at the National Skill Testing Board (NSTB), focusing on skill testing and management. His work continues to contribute to the advancement of skill development and standardization in Nepal.
