Four comprehensive Assessor Training programs were successfully conducted in Sudurpashim Province, Karnali, and Lumbini Province through a collaborative effort with Training Institute for Technical Instruction (TITI). The training initiatives resulted in the professional development of 90 new Assessors, comprising 55 individuals from socially discriminated groups and 29 women. The programs were meticulously designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge essential for effective assessment processes.

The training modules covered a wide range of topics, ensuring a holistic understanding of assessment methodologies and standards. Participants underwent rigorous sessions aimed at enhancing their capacity to make impartial judgments.
