We are thrilled to announce the signing of a pivotal MoU among National Skills Testing Board (NSTB), Ministry of Social Development and/or Education related ministries (MoSD/Es) and CTEVT Province  Offices, marking a significant milestone in inter-governmental collaboration for skills assessment through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). 

This MoU was possible due to collaborative efforts of the Nepal Vocational Qualifications System Project-Phase II (NVQS P-II). NVQS P-II is a bi-lateral initiative of Government of Nepal and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC. Swisscontact provides technical assistance  to the project on behalf of the SDC.

All seven provinces have embraced this initiative, with Sudurpaschim province being the latest to join on March 1, 2024. Together, we're shaping a brighter future for Nepal through skill empowerment and inclusive development.
