The National Vocational Qualifications System Project-Phase II (NVQS P-II) conducted a training on "Functional Analysis for Competency Standards Development" at the Training Institute for Technical Instruction (TITI) from 10 to 15 December 2023.

The extensive training was led by Dr. Stephen Morley, an international expert in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) with a specialisation in vocational qualifications. With a focus on fostering excellence in competency standards development, Dr. Morley shared a wealth of knowledge with the 24 participants.

The diverse group included trainers from TITI, National Competency Standards (NCS), developers from the National Skill Testing Board (NSTB), curriculum developers from the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), members of the Sector Skills Committee (SSC), and process managers from NVQS P-II.

These dedicated professionals are now equipped to engage in functional analysis for NCS development, contributing to the advancement of vocational qualifications.
